As the Website and eCommerce Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping our online presence and driving revenue growth. As a key player in our digital initiatives, you'll have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking the lead in steering our web strategy and work closely with the web and content teams
• Implement best practices that enhance user experience and maximize engagement with our audience
• Strategic Planning by outlining and delivering strategic initiatives for our website
• Identify opportunities for improvement and growth will be crucial in elevating our online presence and ensuring we stay ahead of the competition
• Managing our blog content strategy
• Navigating the SEO Landscape and enhance our search engine rankings
• Identify opportunities and devise strategies to boost our online visibility
• Driving the growth and optimize the performance of our eComm store
• Managing a team ensuring they are delivering the strategy, and have a sustainable workload

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

• Degree in marketing or technology or related field
• Experience delivering eCommerce, globally preferred  
• Experience delivering SEO and content strategy 
• Attention to detail 
• Analytical mindset 
• Revenue-driven thinking  
• High-performance work ethic
