We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our customer service team at our global service office in Pemulwuy, Sydney.
Our contact centre is an integral part of RØDE service team. Our Customer Care team is made up of a small group of Advisors who are energetic, results driven and most importantly, team players, who share one common goal - delivering exceptional service to our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for dealing with customer service enquiries both via email / social media and by phone. Queries range from product feature questions to warranty repairs and faults. You will have a high level of customer empathy; able to deal with the most difficult questions, defuse the tensest situations and work through complex issues to reach a best-in-class answer.
You will be able to mentor and guide other customer service agents to help improve their skills and be capable of deputising for the Head of Service when required. You will be comfortable presenting to and meeting with other staff and management, as well as working collaboratively with other people throughout the business.
You will have a solid knowledge of technology and be keen to learn about audio systems and microphones – prior experience with audio or video technology will be beneficial. You will be able to carry out fault-finding and system analysis when diagnosing customer issues.
You're an energetic team player who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're a strong communicator and are pro-active and patient in your support of others. We would love to see some previous experience in a call centre, but most of all we want to see that you are customer centric and committed to delivering an outstanding service.
