Echoic AM

Ben Rayner and Sam Thomson

Isolated by the effects of his hearing loss, Robert "Bobby" Armstrong finally concedes to the demands of his family to wear a hearing aid. But it may ultimately be more than he bargained for.

Behind the scenes of Echoic AM

A brief (and kind of bizarre) look at the behind the scenes of "Echoic AM"... with Ben and Sam.

This film would not have been possible without the support and collaboration of numerous family, friends and colleagues, many of whom ended up both in front of, and behind, the camera.

“Echoic AM” was shot on several camera, including a Canon C500, a Blackmagic Pocket, and a Sony A7s, lensed with Canon, Zeiss and Nikon glass. For the POV sequences a homemade helmet rig was built for the shoot.

The film was shot in various locations in and around the Greater Toronto Area, in addition to sequences shot in London, Ontario.
