The short features a young student in her holidays. After a long year, she decides to take a break and go somewhere new. This leads her to reflect on who she is and find peace before going back to her routine.
Wander is a low-budget short film created by Laura Fresneda, a young Spanish filmmaking student. In this project, we can also find Ruben de Manuel, a young musician, and sound engineer. This is the first contact with the film industry for both creators.

The shooting took place around famous places of Madrid (Gran Vía and Debod Temple) as well as a small apartment in the heart of the Spanish capital. Only with a Canon 100D and some Neewer 58mm filters and an NT5 microphone with a RODE Boompole, we were able to deliver this experimental dramatic short which reflects on various questions related to identity. The team consisted of the director and actress, the composer and sound engineer and some friends that helped with the production, although not professionals in the field and this is the first production ever for all the members.
