RØDE Black Friday 2024 Discount Offer Terms & Conditions

1. The RØDE Black Friday 2024 Discount Offer (“the Promotion”) dictates that customers who purchase a RØDE product (the “Eligible Product”) from participating RØDE retailers (“Dealers”) are eligible to receive a 20% discount code (the “Discount Code”) that can be redeemed on RØDE’s Brand Store direct ecommerce platform.
2. This Promotion is available exclusively to customers purchasing Eligible Products from participating RØDE Dealers from 11am AEDT (UTC+11), November 28, 2024, and will end 11:59pm AEDT December 2, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. An Eligible Product is categorised as being any RØDE product, excluding accessories that are present in the “Accessories” category on rode.com – excluded products fall into the following categories:
   • Cable Management
   • Adaptors & Cables
   • Batteries & Chargers
   • Boompoles
   • Capsules
   • Microphone Clips
   • Shock Mounts
   • Windshields
   • Stands & Bars
   • Cases & Bags
   • MiCon Accessories
   • Mounts & Grips
4. The selection of Eligible Products offered for sale is at the discretion of the Dealer.
5. The Promotion is restricted to customers residing in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
6. A list of all participating RØDE Dealers can be found on the Promotion page.
7. The customer is only eligible to receive the Discount Code, which will be delivered directly via email, once they have:
   • Purchased an Eligible Product from a participating Dealer during the Promotion Period;
   • Received their Eligible Product;
   • Registered their Eligible Product on the RØDE Warranty Portal by January 15, 2025, providing proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.
8. It is not the responsibility of RØDE to facilitate the acquisition of the Discount Code; this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
9. The Discount Code is:
   • Single use only
   • Not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable
   • Cannot be taken as cash
   • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers or promotions
10. The Discount Code will be valid until July 15, 2025, at which point it will expire.
11. The Eligible Product purchased is only refundable subject to the refund policy of the Dealer from which it was purchased.
12. Only Eligible Products that are purchased during the Promotional Period are eligible for the Discount Code offer; if the Eligible Product is not in stock during the Promotion Period but a transaction occurs during this time, the Promotion will still apply.
13. RØDE reserves the right to discontinue this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
16. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
17. By participating in the Promotion and redeeming the Discount Code, the customer agrees to the collection and use of their personal information by RØDE for the purposes of administering the Promotion. RØDE shall handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
18. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, RØDE is not liable for, and you release RØDE from, liabilities relating to any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage which is suffered as a result of the Promotion, the use, or inability to use the Discount Code.
