RØDE looking for a Senior Project Manager who can help the New
Product team to provide a practical solution for seamless delivery of our new
and exciting projects on time, within budget and to our high-quality standards.
About you:
· You have a passion for helping people.
· You’re
organised and have strong attention to detail.
·
You work collaboratively and have strong
communication skills.
·
You have 5+
years of experience in field of project
management.
· Experience in consumer product development, including software and
firmware activities.
·
Experience with design thinking,
processes and cross functional teams is
ideal.
·
Experience in both waterfall and agile methodology.
·
You have strong focus
on documentation with good written and verbal communication
to all internal and external stakeholders.
·
Be adaptive
and flexible to evolving demands and priority shift.
· Have the ability to work across a number
of different projects at any one time,
including manage third party developers in
different time zone thru conference calls.
·
You striving for continuous improvement
on workflow and process.
·
An interest in audio, film and streaming
is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
· Delivery of projects from briefing
through to market in a fast paced product development environment on time and
on budget.
·
Ensuring all projects uphold a high
standard of functional and technical performance.
·
Manage inputs from key stakeholders.
· Monitor, revise, and report on project
progress daily and generate weekly reports to managers & teams.
· Manage project managers and provide
support by providing priorities and clarity on directions.
·
Generate portfolio & resourcing plan
and report for the new product portfolio.
·
Facilitate the PMO meetings.
