Hand to join the business. This role will support RØDE’s finishing teams –
Electroplating, Blasting and Painting lines.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support
all finishing processes – Electroplating, anodising, blasting and paint by
preparing parts via racking & de-racking, blasting, masking &
de-masking, jigging and electrical continuity testing.
·
Support
the finishing team with packaging, palletising, labelling etc.
·
Participate
as a general hand for any maintenance related tasks.
·
Maintain
records.
·
Ensure
housekeeping rules are adhered to.
·
Inspection
of parts pre and post processing.
·
To
comply with all reasonable requests made by the management to support the
business needs.
You will require the following skills and
experience to be successful:

Experience
as a General hand in a manufacturing environment – desirable.
·
Excellent
written and communication skills.
·
Ability
to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.
·
High
level of attention to detail.
·
Work
on own initiative or as part of a team.
·
Conscientious
and dynamic.
·
Excellent
timekeeping and attendance.
·
Flexible
as there may be a requirement to work shifts or overtime to support the
business needs.
·
Basic
understanding of WHS
·
Reside
within a commutable distance
