RØDE is on the hunt for a Social Community and Content Coordinator who can help foster and develop our social media communities, and represent the ethos of RØDE online, as we scale globally.  

About you: 

• You have a passion for helping people 
• You’re organised and have strong attention to detail
• You’re across social media and community management trends
• You work collaboratively and have strong communication skills
• An interest in audio, film and streaming is a bonus

Your Duties

• Manage and grow our brand's online community across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Foster engagement, respond to comments, and initiate conversations with our audience
• Implement strategies to boost community participation and interaction
• Support the Social Lead with posting stories and assist creating social content plans 
• Support the Partnerships team to identify potential influencers and nurture relationships within our niche
• Track key metrics such as engagement rates and reach and provide regular reports to inform social media strategy
