Administration and Procurement Coordinator

The Administration and Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and buying materials, goods and services to support the Infrastructure, Facilities & Maintenance requirements across all RØDE campuses. They will also be required to set up consumables & materials in the ERP system to maintain stock levels.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
•    Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
•    Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
•    Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
•    Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
•    Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
•    Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
•    Manage and record maintenance activities in Infrastructure & Facilities management system
•    Manage and Maintain Contractor records
 
You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
•    Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
•    Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
•    Ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a fast moving environment environment.
•    Excellent networking and time management skills.
•    Ability to manage and maintain maintenance records in preparation for Audits and compliance requirements.
•    Experience in developing tenders and RFQ documentation 
•    Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
•    Hands-on experience with purchasing software 
•    Understanding of supply chain procedures
