What you’ll be doing

  • Production Coordination for Film, Photography & Design teams
  • Manage Internal and External Studio bookings
  • Manage Studio Inventory with Creative Lead/s including gear, props, wardrobe
  • Equipment and Stock management for Creative Leads
  • Responsible for Call Sheets, Booking Crew, Talent Releases, Invoices, Catering, NDA, Travel, Production Budget Support
  • Shoot Scheduling Support
  • Creative Data Management
  • Traffic Coordination and Resource Planning support to Marketing Operations Manager

What you’ll need

  • Previous creative coordination experience in a creative agency or similar required
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Administrative and organisational skills
  • 1-2 years creative production experience in a creative agency or similar
