Your responsibilities will include:

• Design Excellence - Utilize your expert-level design skills to create visually impactful designs for various projects, including branding, digital, print, and advertising. 
• Collaborative Teamwork - Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and engineering to develop cohesive design solutions. 
• Stay Ahead of Trends - Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards, incorporating them into your work when appropriate. 
• Brand Consistency - Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and consistently maintains a high level of quality. 
• Mentorship - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team, fostering their growth and development. 
• Project Management - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on their level of importance. 
• Feedback and Revisions - Handle design revisions and provide constructive feedback to junior designers. 
• Cross-Department Collaboration - Leverage your strong understanding of the design process to collaborate effectively with other departments, ensuring a high-quality output. 

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred but not required. 
• Proven experience as a senior graphic designer with a robust portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design software and tools. Figma / Illustrator / Photoshop / Indesign 
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong typography and exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. 
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
• Great communication skills 
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
