As our In-House Retoucher & Photographer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting captivating visuals for a wide range of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative director, team lead, project managers, and clients to ensure that our deliverables are not only on time but also align with our brand’s aesthetic. In addition to your expert retouching skills, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your photography talents both in our studio and on[1]location settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Retouching Excellence - Employ your expert-level retouching skills to enhance and refine visually impactful images for a variety of projects, including corporate events, product photography, and advertising.
  • Collaborative Teamwork - Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to deliver a cohesive and effective photography solution.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends - Keep up-to-date with the latest photography trends and industry standards, applying them to your work as appropriate.
  • Brand Adherence - Ensure that all photography work adheres to our brand guidelines and consistently maintains a high level of quality.
  • Equipment Management - Take charge of managing and maintaining our photography equipment and studio, ensuring they’re always in top-notch condition.
  • File Organization - Efficiently manage and archive photography files, ensuring they’re easily accessible and organized for future use.
  • Photography Expertise - When required, demonstrate your photography skills by taking high-quality photos that align with project requirements.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration - Leverage your solid understanding of the photography process to work effectively with other departments, ensuring a seamless and high-quality output 

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

  • Proven experience as a retoucher and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard retouching software and photography equipment.
  • A keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with product photography is a plus. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
