Research Coordinator (12-Month Parental Leave Cover)

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Research Coordinator to manage RØDE's customer research panel. This role is key in delivering high-quality insights to guide product portfolio decisions and will serve as a leading advocate for research across the business. You will support various teams with data, reports, and insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Research Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage and cultivate RØDE’s customer research panel, including recruitment, segmentation, growth, and incentivisation strategies.
  • Design and execute customer surveys on a variety of topics, ensuring best practice in question writing, panel selection, and incentivization management.
  • Analyse and deliver survey results in actionable formats, ranging from top-line summaries to detailed insights.
  • Facilitate in-depth customer interviews and usability studies, both remotely and in-person.
  • Support Product Managers, UX Managers, and external researchers by writing interview guides, coordinating schedules, and managing customer interactions.
  • Provide insights on market developments, including competitor activities (e.g., product launches, software updates, marketing efforts) and broader technology trends.
  • Coordinate customer feedback reports from different business areas (Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) and integrate these findings into comprehensive research outputs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Ability to manage and facilitate customer interviews, both remotely and in-person.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organised and motivated to learn new product technology.
  • Experience in the technology or audio industry is a plus but not required.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover position, with potential for extension based on business needs.
