Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and secure your career in the audio industry with a focus on quality assurance and systems. The position will predominantly assist with the assembly lines working with both mechanical and electrical components.  

Liaising directly with the Quality Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining quality related documents and reports
• Promoting and educating good quality practices in the workplace
• Providing advice on quality and compliance related matters
• Investigating complaints and non-conformance
• Understanding the assembly process to address critical control points
• Completes the audit checklist based on the process criteria
• Follows the audit process plan

Desired skills and experience

To make sure we are setting new team members up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

• Good understanding of engineering drawings including fits and tolerances
• Basic understanding of surface finish process
• Demonstratable experience with assembly work
• Product testing, including the use of mechanical and electrical test equipment
• Experience in electronics and mechanical testing is advantageous
