2024 Streamer X Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The 2024 Streamer X Promotion (“the Promotion”) dictates that customers can purchase the Streamer X ("The Product") for a discounted price
  2. The Promotion is available from participating RØDE retailers (“Dealers”) from 10am (AEDT), Monday July 22, 2024 and will end 11:59pm (AEDT), Monday September 30, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. The Promotion is restricted to participating Dealers. Not all dealers will be participating in the Promotion and it is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain if the RØDE dealer from which they are purchasing the Product is participating.
  4. The customer is only eligible to receive the discount at the time and point of purchase of the Product.
  5. The Product is subject to availability; if the Product is not available at the time of purchase, the customer will not be able to claim the discount
  6. The Purchased Product is only refundable subject to the refund policy of the Dealer from which it was purchased.
  7. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the Product, at the discretion of the Dealer.
  8. Only Products that are purchased during the promotional period are eligible for the discount; if the Product is not in stock during the promotional period, the discount will not apply.
  9. RØDE reserves the right to discontinue this offer/promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
  12. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
  13. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, RØDE is not liable for, and you release RØDE from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of the Promotion or accepting or using the Gift.
