2025 Gift With Purchase Promotion Terms and Conditions

This promotion is restricted to purchases made directly on rode.com and at participating dealers. Not all dealers are participating in the Promotion and it is your responsibility to ascertain if the RØDE dealer from which you are purchasing the Product is participating.

1. The first 2025 Gift With Purchase Promotion (“the Promotion”) dictates that customers who purchase a Wireless GO II, Wireless PRO, Wireless ME or Wireless GO (Gen 3) (the “Purchased Product” or “Product”) are eligible to receive a free Interview GO (Black) (“Gift”).
2. The second and concurrent 2025 Gift With Purchase Promotion (“the Promotion”) dictates that customers who purchase a RØDECaster Duo (the “Purchased Product” or “Product”) are eligible to receive a free Wireless ME TX. Customers who purchase a RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Video (the “Purchased Product” or “Product”) are eligible to receive two free Wireless ME TX (“Gift”).
3. The Promotion is available from participating RØDE retailers (“Dealers”) from 10am (AEST), Tuesday March 25, 2025 and will end 11:59pm, (AEST), Tuesday June 17, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. The Promotion is restricted to participating Dealers. Not all dealers will be participating in the Promotion and it is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain if the RØDE dealer from which they are purchasing the Product is participating.
5. The customer is only eligible to receive the Gift at the time and point of purchase of the Product.
6. The Gift or Product is subject to availability; if the Gift or Product is not available at the time of purchase, the customer will not be able to claim their Gift
7. It is not the responsibility of RØDE to facilitate the acquisition of the Gift, this is the sole responsibility of the Dealer at the place and time of purchase. RØDE will not provide the Gift via redemption or otherwise.
8. The Gift is not refundable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. The Purchased Product is only refundable subject to the refund policy of the Dealer from which it was purchased; any Gift received by the customer must be returned if the Purchased Product is returned for any reason.
10. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the Gift, at the discretion of the Dealer.
11. Only Products that are purchased during the promotional period are eligible for the Gift; if the Gift or the Product is not in stock during the promotional period, the Promotion will not apply.
12. RØDE reserves the right to discontinue this offer/promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
15. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
16. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, RØDE is not liable for, and you release RØDE from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of the Promotion or accepting or using the Gift.
