RØDE has a vacancy for a Content Coordinator to join the Marketing team. The successful candidate will manage and update all visual and written content on RØDE’s eCommerce sales channels.

Our products are designed and primarily manufactured by our industry-leading team in Sydney and are exported to over 119 countries globally through more than 6000 dealers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Sweetwater, Guitar Center, Thomann and JB Hi-Fi. Your responsibilities will include:

· Manage and update all visual and written content on RØDE’s eCommerce sales channels, including RØDE.com and Amazon

· Appraise how visual and written content on RØDE.com and Amazon appears and is interacted with, and action content updates where appropriate.

· Create and update page content on RØDE.com, including landing pages, product pages, user guides, blog posts, metadata, and hyperlinks.

· Be the internal owner of RØDE’s Digital Asset Platform, managing overall setup of asset collections, tagging, filing, and automation.

· Provide copywriting contributions in the form of product comparisons, blog posts, and email newsletters, and minor copy adjustments as needed.

· Manage and update product specifications and documentation, including datasheets, regulatory documents, and Quick Start guides.

· Review SEO performance and conduct keyword research.

· Manage QR Code directory and relevant redirects.

· Coordinate and upload written translations when needed.

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

· Highly organized

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Excellent written communication

· Discerning eye for visual communication

· Coding experience not necessary, but a basic understanding of HTML is required.

· Candidates with some copywriting experience preferred.

· Candidates with Adobe Photoshop experience preferred.
